Key Development Milestones
2005 – Establishment of Thai Chau Import Export Co., Ltd.
2015 – Establishment of APT Geotextile Manufacturing Plant (20,000 m²), commissioning the first nonwoven geotextile production line with an annual capacity of 12 million m².
2017 – Investment in a woven geotextile production line with an annual capacity of 5 million m².
2018 – Investment in vertical wick drain production lines (36 million meters/year) and polypropylene staple fiber production lines (12,000 tons/year).
2019 – Expansion of manufacturing capacity with a second nonwoven geotextile production line (12 million m²/year) and a bentonite geosynthetic clay liner (GCL) production line (5,000 tons/year).
2020 – Commissioning of Geotube and Geocell production lines and establishment of An Thai Fiber Co., Ltd. with a manufacturing area of 25,000 m².
2021 – Further expansion with horizontal wick drain and third nonwoven geotextile production lines.
2022 – Investment in PCD pipe production lines and the first PET Spunbond nonwoven production line.
2023 – A milestone year featuring Vietnam’s first Geogrid production line, the country’s first 5.3-meter-wide woven geotextile production line, along with new PET Spunbond and HDPE geomembrane production lines.
2024 – Expansion of HDPE geomembrane and polypropylene fiber production capacities.
2025 – Commissioning of Vietnam’s first and only 4-meter continuous filament nonwoven geotextile production line and expansion of the An Thai Fiber Plant to 40,000 m².
