As globalization continues to shape transport development, high-speed rail and urban rail are playing an increasingly important role in the infrastructure strategies of many countries.
The University of Transport and Communications is honored to host the International Symposium on Advanced Railway Technologies (ISART 2026) in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction (DOC), My Thuan Project Management Unit (PMU My Thuan), Ho Chi Minh City Urban Railway Management Board (MAUR), Truong Hai Group Corporation (THACO), TEDI SOUTH and PORTCOAST.
ISART 2026 brings together academia, businesses and government agencies. The symposium provides a forum for scientists, industry experts and organizations from Vietnam and abroad to present research, share practical experience and discuss emerging railway technologies. It also creates opportunities for technology transfer, collaboration and the development of a skilled workforce, supporting the modernization of Vietnam’s railway system.
