In the context of globalization, high-speed rail and urban rail systems are increasingly recognized as key trends in the development strategies of modern transportation infrastructure in many countries. The University of Transport and Communications is honored to take the lead, in collaboration with the Department of Construction of Ho Chi Minh City (DOC), My Thuan Project Management Board (PMU My Thuan), Ho Chi Minh City Urban Railway Management Board (MAUR), Truong Hai Group Corporation (THACO), and the Southern Transport Engineering Design Joint Stock Company (TEDI SOUTH), Port and Coastal Engineering Consulting JSC (PORTCOAST), in organizing the International Symposium on Advanced Railway Technologies – ISART 2026.

ISART 2026 serves as a platform connecting academia, industry, and state management agencies. It gathers leading scientists, experts, and reputable domestic and international enterprises to exchange research findings, share practical experience, and update the latest technological trends. The event also opens opportunities for technology transfer cooperation and high-quality human resource development, contributing to strategic goals and promoting the modernization of Vietnam’s railway system.
