PP STAPLE FIBER PRODUCTION PROCESS
1.RAW MATERIAL
Virgin PP chips, the raw material for polypropylene fiber, are supplied and loaded into the storage system.
2.SPINNING
PP chips are melted and extruded through spinnerets to form continuous filaments.
3.DRAWING
The filaments are drawn through a series of rollers to achieve the required fiber properties.
4.CRIMPING
The fibers are crimped to improve bulkiness and processing performance.
5.DRYING & CUTTING
The fibers are dried and cut to the required staple lengths.
6. PACKAGING
The finished staple fibers are packed in specified quantities and prepared for shipment.
